Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved at the hotels listed below. Prices are per room, per day, include breakfast and taxes and are valid only for reservations made through NINA TOURS LTD., the conference agent, until March 31, 2008. After this date, prices will be revised, according to availability, please contact NINA TOURS LTD. for further information.

Participants interested in reserving rooms for themselves and accompanying persons should complete the corresponding part of the registration form, to be sent to the conference agent, by mail or fax. For each reservation, a deposit equivalent to 1 night’s stay must be paid, while full payment must be made until the end of April.

Please note that

• Invited speakers (excluding special sessions speakers) will be accommodated at HOTEL BEST WESTERN ESPERIA PALACE, unless they prefer to make their own reservations, in which case the organizers will cover their expenses up to the amount corresponding to the rates at HOTEL BEST WESTERN ESPERIA PALACE.
• Students and young researchers who will be granted accommodation support will be housed at University halls of residence or hotels selected by the organizing committee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• No charge, if cancellation is received up to 45 days prior to arrival.
• The equivalent of 1 night’s stay will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 45 days and more than 15 days prior to arrival.
• The full amount corresponding to a reservation will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to arrival.
• All changes / cancellations have to be made in writing to NINA TOURS LTD.

• Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs, Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs
• In case you would like to check-in earlier and/or check-out later than the standard hours, please be informed that you may do so upon request and depending on the room availability at the particular hotel. Please bear in mind that you will be charged extra based on the time you actually check-out.
