by analysing how people talk about it on twitterThis project is about investigating real life scenarios of search to understand what those scenarios may be like - especially those less obvious searches like browsing and exploring unknown data. 5 Months of tweets that used searching terms were collected and so far have been analysed linguistically for keywords. Theres more to come. For now, here is a sample of those tweets (about 5%) to play with. Start by choosing a term from the list below (or scrolling through them). You can interact with the graphs by clicking and searching for new words in each dataset. Try "I cant find" in the 'Finding' dataset, for example. Or "I just found" in the 'Finding' dataset.
