Upload Coursework Files and Check Submission List

Use this form to: upload a file containing coursework for NAH's modules; check the submission list for a coursework; and to get your grade once your submission has been marked.

It is suggested you read the section on safety, security and multiple submissions at the end of this page.

Check Submission List

Use this to check that your submission has been received.

Select submission list [required]:
CS_338 Internet Computing C/Work
CS_348 Building Reliable Web Applications C/Work
CS_M58 Distributed Object Oriented Programming in Java C/Work
CS_M68 Writing Web and Web Service Applications C/Work

Upload Coursework Files

Your submission should consist of one file ( why?). This may mean (for example) creating a tar'ed and gzip'ed archive, or something similar. If this is the case, then appropriate instructions will have been supplied in the text describing the coursework.

Although I need you to supply your name when you submit your coursework, there is no need for you name to appear in the actual coursework itself if you wish your work to be anonymously marked.

Please make sure you select the correct module!!! While your coursework will not be lost, it will delay matters and cause general irritation.

Your Student Number [required]:

Please select the coursework you are about to submit [required]:

Note that for long and boring reasons filenames can be no more than 21 characters in length including any extensions (like ".tar.gz"). Also please note that there is no need to include your student ID in the filename - this is automatically added, along with a version number, by the system.

If you wish to provide any additional information, you can do so here (a maximum of 128 characters).

Additional Info:

I have read and understood the University's policy on plagiarism

Safety, Security and Multiple Submissions

The submission system will respond with a page containing. your student ID, the filename, and the date and time of your submission. You should ensure that you save this page - it will be required as proof of submission if, for any reason, your coursework later goes missing. The submission code it contains is also needed to retrieve your grade and feedback comments.

In addition, all submissions are logged - you are directly interrogating the log file when you check the submission list (though note that not all information in the log file is displayed in the submission list).

Your coursework cannot be overwritten once submitted, even if someone tries to use the same student ID and filename. If for some reason you choose to resubmit your work you can. However, the earlier version(s) will still exist. NAH will normally only mark the last submission in such cases.
