   Responsibilities include:
   • MEng Year (level 4) - year head:
     • Prepare and present the year four induction seminar,
     • Attend student/staff meetings,
     • Calibrate fourth year exams,
   • MEng Computing Programme Coordinator
   • MEng Group Project Coordinator - prepare and present a list of projects in the programme handbook.
2. Engineering and ICCT liaison officer: 2008 - present.
   Duties include:
   • Review modules for ICCT students,
   • Circulate and discuss incoming changes to the ICCT programme with the Engineering Dept. ICCT liaison officer,
   • Correspondence with ICCT/Engineering applicants
3. Run Computer Science Café series since Nov 2011 (weekly event)

• General management of gadgets, widgets, APIs and software.
5. Schools and colleges liaison officer: 2008 - present.
   Duties include:
   • Prepare and present Higher Education Day talks to college students,
   • Prepare and present computer science related talks to school children,
   • Collaborate with Computer Science 4 Fun (CS4fun) magazine-writing articles for school children in this magazine

6. Run Human-Computer Interaction related workshops for school children at the university. Participant in EPSRC ExCITe workshop Igniting Enthusiasm for ICT, February 2010
• Through a rigorous selection process by EPSRC I was among other 34 researchers from all over the UK in this workshop to promote the ICT in UK schools and universities.
7. Lecturer in Open University (OU)
   • A video production that is used for teaching to the firts year CS Undergraduate students at Open University, July 2010,

9. Organiser of Discover! Science Workshop for school children (HCI subject): an annual workshop running since March 2009

14. A member of Swansea ATHENA panel: November 2008 - present
    This panel identified obstacles in achieving equal opportunity in Swansea University employment and created open discussions in both academic and non-academic job sectors across the university. The panel made a very satisfactory progress in April 2009 and Swansea achieved ATHENA silver award in June 2009.
    
15. A mentor in Women in University Mentoring scheme (WUM): June 2010 - present
    Duties include:
    
    • Meet up with the mentees three to four times a year,
    • Write progress report to the programme chair,
    • Attend general meetings and related courses to the mentoring.
